DUCEUS is the interface for the labor market – DUCEUS connects employers and employees! Our main intention is to provide workers from countries that are not members of the European Union, with access to open jobs positions offered by German companies. Our online platform specializes in staff from various industries, from trainees to academics, who live outside the territory of European Union member states. According to the new Skilled Imigration Act from March 1, 2020, workers from third countries with an employment contract and recognized qualifications can work in their professions in Germany. The accelerated immigration process also makes the recognition procedure quicker.
The previous restriction to certain deficit professions only, no longer applies.
Use the DUCEUS platform as an employer or as an employee. Companies on their own microsite are able to present their vacancies. Workers from non-EU countries are able to create their own profile, including an introductory short video, as well as their CV.
